What products qualify?

Every product purchased from this web store at pourmoiskincare.com qualifies for returns except Face Coverings, which are non-refundable if they are purchased by themselves or in sets that contain only Face Coverings.

How long is Pour Moi's product return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from www.pourmoiskincare.com. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 90 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: 
  1. Contact us via email support@pourmoiskincare.com or call 909-243-1456 with your order information including your name and order number. We are located in California and available to assist you via email or phone from 9 am-5 pm PST, Monday-Friday (we're closed on weekends and holidays).
  2. Our Customer Success Specialists will respond to your email or phone message as soon as possible but no later than 3 business days. We don't outsource our customer service, we handle all inquiries ourselves to ensure world-class service.
  3. Carefully repack the products along with the completed return form and mail the package to the below address.
  4. Shipping charges for regular orders are nonrefundable.
  5. Shipping charges for returns are the purchaser's responsibility.
  6. We cannot accept empty bottles, nearly empty bottles, or bottles filled other creams or tampered with for a refund.
  7. We cannot refund partial items in a gift set or kit. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund.
  8. For returns of products with free gifts (such as BOGO/Buy One Get One offer), you will need to send back the free gift or discounted products as well as the item you paid to qualify for a refund.
  9. We are not responsible for personal damage to a product, gift set, or kit. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot provide a refund.

 

Please allow 3-5 business days from our receipt of your return package for processing the return. You will receive an email once the return transaction is completed and the refund is processed.
