HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter a Facebook Live Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), go to pourmoiskincare.com/pages/secretword (the "Web Site"). You will be brought to a web page that contains the entry link to the registration form, where you will be prompted to enter the “Secret Word” (defined below) and your information. The “Secret Word” is announced live during the Facebook Live event. By submitting the correct Secret Word and your information, your name will be automatically entered into a random drawing for the Prize (defined below) from among all eligible entries received. All entries must be submitted at the Web Site during the period that the Sweepstakes is being offered, according to all applicable directions as listed on the Web Site, or the entry will be void. Those who do not fill in all the required fields will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Pour Moi Beauty LLC, its guests and its media partners are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, or misdirected entries, bugs, failures in servers, hardware or software transmission failure or loss or delayed or corrupted data transmissions, or any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any portion of this Sweepstakes. All entries will become the property of Pour Moi Beauty LLC, and none will be returned. This sweepstake is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The winner will be announced live on the event and contracted via e-mail that he/she, subject to verification, is a Prize winner. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during ten (10) business days from Pour Moi Beauty's first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. If any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia, but specifically excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) who are aged eighteen (18) and over as of the date of entry. A limit of one online entry per e-mail address is allowed. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address are in violation of this rule and will be declared ineligible.

By entering these Sweepstakes, Entrants accept and agree to abide by these privacy policies and terms of use.

WINNERS/PRIZE: Prize means one unit of the featured product. Unless indicated otherwise on the Web Site, one (1) Prize will be awarded to one (1) Winner for each sweepstake. The retail value of the Prize will vary by Sweepstakes, but in no event shall such Prizes be valued equal to or more than five-hundred and twenty-five (525) dollars. Pour Moi Beauty LLC will be responsible for shipping cost and winners will receive the product in a reasonable time but no less than 30 days from the day of notification that they won. No transfer, cash equivalent or Prize substitution is allowed, except at Pour Moi Beauty's sole discretion. Decisions made by Pour Moi Beauty are final in all matters, including interpretation of these official rules and awarding of the Prize(s). If legitimately claimed, the Prize(s) will be awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are each winner's sole responsibility.

SECRET WORD: The Secret Word is provided by the host(s) and announced during multiple times during the live event. The host will identify the word as the “Secret Word” for the Sweepstakes and repeat it at least 2 times and direct viewer to the Web Site. A graphic will be provided that also states the Secret Word clearly and directs to the Web Site. Any font type, font size, and simple spelling mistakes are accepted as long as the Pour Moi Beauty LLC can identify the correct Secret Word. An example of an acceptable misspell would be “neklase” for NECKLACE.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules. Pour Moi Beauty LLC (dba Pour Moi Skincare), its agencies, guests and media partners are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.

Pour Moi Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the Pour Moi Beauty online system in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunities.
